Boditrax

At the gym that I go to there are these funky Boditrax scales that tell you lots of useful information about your body. When I first tried these out, I was shocked at the results for some of the categories yet I totally expected the rest to be as poor as they were. As well as keeping track of my weight, I thought that it would be a good idea to watch over some of these results too in order to see what my healthier eating and exercise is doing to my body and how it is (hopefully!) improving.

I use the Boditrax scales once a month making sure that it is the same day in our routine, that the time of day is the same and that the conditions in which I weigh in are as close to the original as possible.

So here are my results…
