This is where I’ll be keeping track of how much weight I’ve lost and how much I’ve still got to go. I’m not a perfect person so I’m expecting some zero losses or maybe even gains along the way but hopefully they will be far fewer than the losses I show. So here we go…

Week 1 = 232 lbs. Loss/Gain = – 4.2 lbs. BMI = 36 Weight to go = 92 lbs

Week 2 = 230.2 lbs. Loss/Gain = 1.8 lbs. BMI = 35.7 Weight to go = 90.2 lbs

Week 3 = 227.6 lbs. Loss/Gain = 2.6 lbs. BMI = 35.5 Weight to go = 87.6 lbs

Week 4 = 230.8 lbs. Loss/Gain = +3.2 lbs. BMI = 35.8 Weight to go = 90.8 lbs

Week 5 = 231.6 lbs. Loss/Gain = +0.8 lbs. BMI = 36. Weight to go = 91.6 lbs
