Weight Loss

This is where I’ll be keeping track of how much weight I’ve lost and how much I’ve still got to go. I’m not a perfect person so I’m expecting some zero losses or maybe even gains along the way but hopefully they will be far fewer than the losses I show. So here we go…

Starting weight = 236.2 lbs. Loss/Gain = N/A. Weight to go = 96.2 lbs

Week 1 = 232 lbs. Loss/Gain = – 4.2 lbs. Weight to go = 92 lbs

Week 2 = 230.2 lbs. Loss/Gain = 1.8 lbs. Weight to go = 90.2 lbs

Week 3 = 227.6 lbs. Loss/Gain = 2.6 lbs. Weight to go = 87.6 lbs

Week 4 = 230.8 lbs. Loss/Gain = +3.2 lbs. Weight to go = 90.8 lbs

Week 5 = 231.6 lbs. Loss/Gain = +0.8 lbs. Weight to go = 91.6 lbs

Week 6 = 229.8 lbs. Loss/Gain = -1.8 lbs. Weight to go = 89.8 lbs

I also lost track of my weight loss and since injuring myself and finding out that I’m pregnant this hasn’t been too much of a priority. I’ll be starting fresh in June after our son is born so please check back in when things are up and running again.

Week 3 = 238.2 lbs. Loss/Gain = -1.4 lbs. Weight to go = 99.2 lbs. Loss to date = 2.8 lbs.

Week 4 = 236.2 lbs. Loss/Gain = -2 lbs. Weight to go = 97.2 lbs. Loss to date = 4.8 lbs.

Week 5 = 236.4 lbs. Loss/Gain = +0.2 lbs. Weight to go = 97.4 lbs. Loss to date = 4.6 lbs.

Week 6 = 234.2 lbs. Loss/Gain = -2.2 lbs. Weight to go = 95.2 lbs. Loss to date = 6.8 lbs.
